Rex Banaria Baldonado, age 70, of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 in Las Vegas. He was born on June 10, 1953 in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo, Philippines and had been a Las Vegas resident for more than 30 years.
Mr. Baldonado worked as a dealer for various MGM Properties.
He enjoyed playing Mahjong and Pai Gow Poker. He enjoyed singing karaoke, cooking and all sports.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Rex; and siblings, Doris Buenaflor and Everette Baldonado.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Evelyn; son, Julius (Khristine) Baldonado; grandchildren, Jayde Daniel and Katrielle Mae; and brothers, Jurie (Mimi), Janelo (Arlene) and Teodorico, Jr. (Sally) Baldonado.
A visitation will be held from 3-6pm on Friday, March 15, 2024. A memory sharing service will begin at 6pm with a funeral beginning at 7pm, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas.
