Robert Joseph Rabang

Robert was a son, father, brother, uncle, partner, mentor, and friend, but to many he was known as the original “dot connector.” He had a natural ability to bring people together, open doors for others, and help people find opportunities they didn’t even know were possible.

Rob was outgoing, sharp, and always thinking ahead. He had a way of making people laugh, bringing ease during difficult moments, and turning ideas into reality. If someone needed guidance, work, or simply someone who believed in them, Rob was the person people went to.

Throughout his life he moved through many worlds. From being a b-boy with his brothers and friends in their dance crew Warriors of Rhythm, to becoming a well-known promoter behind events across the country like XYZ, World Wars, Organic, and Funky Tekno Tribe. Later in life he built a successful career as a senior recruiter, working with companies such as PlayStation, Apple, Yahoo, and Noom, where he continued doing what he always did best: recognizing potential in people and helping connect them with opportunities.

Rob lived without limits, always thinking outside the box and moving with the intention of taking care of the people around him.
