Ruby Theo Miller, 90 a retired restaurant owner, of Las Vegas, passed away Nov. 28, 2012. She is survived by her husband Roland; and daughter Stella Johnson.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, with services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be private.
