Sandra Kaye (Sandy) Shaul, 71, of Kansas City, MO, passed away January 18,2013 while visiting family in Las Vegas, Nevada. A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held Saturday, March 9th at 10:00 a.m. at the Tower View Baptist Church, 7301 NE 50th, Kansas City, MO. Sandy was born on November 11th ,1941 in Kansas City, MO and she loved puzzling, playing scrabble, and keeping up with friends on facebook, but she truly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than all else. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Brookfield, MO where she was married to Leonard Shaul in June of 1959. She was preceded in death by her father James Stanard, her in-laws Ross and Gladys Shaul, her niece Jennifer Heaney, and her nephew Greg Stanard. Survivors include her mother Virginia Stanard, her husband Leonard Shaul, her sister Sharon (Dale) Heaney, her brother Jim (Maris) Stanard, sons Scott (Michelle) Shaul and Brian (Felicia) Shaul, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
