You will be Missed by all!  Rest in Peace

I know he will be missed by his family!  My memories of him are from the bank and the wonderful things he did for us at the Vault!  He and Betty are in my heart.

Uncle Benny, your were the best uncle any one could have. You were the life of any family gathering, especially the holidays. You were a kind hearted, loving, funny and caring person. You were always loud but then came the time when you became quiet and in your own little world and we all became loud so that you could hear us. Aunt Betty and you were fortunate to have 63 years together with a blessing of your beautiful kids, my cousins. A lot of memories of you come to mind. Specifically, the dropping of the pans! We all knew you were going to do it-but you always caught us off guard. I have the vision of you, my dad and Uncle Sal playing 7's in the basement eating grandma's pizza.

You will live in my heart forever xoxo

Uncle Benny was a fun loving, teaser and sensitive man. Uncle Benny was the life of the party. There are two things that stand out in my mind right now. There was never a party that went by where Uncle Benny wouldn't have everyone laughing. If anyone ever knew him they would know that his trademark was crashing pots and pans down on the floor and startling everyone. We all knew he was going to do it but he always picked the most appropriate time when no one would expect it and we would jump out of their seats. Of course he made everyone laugh. 

Another thought that comes to mind is when I was a child my uncle and I were in a supermarket. I don't remember who else was there with us. I remember my uncle disappeared for a while in the store. The next thing I know I see him paying for a toy and walking over to a woman with a child whose face was burned very badly. I remember seeing my uncle handing the toy to the child and walking away with tears in his eyes. That was my Uncle Benny. He would have taken the shirt off his back to help someone. We have lots of great memories and for this reason he will always live forever in my heart.
