Tarje Knute Grimstad, also known as "T.K.," a long-time resident of Las.Vegas, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013. T.K. was born July 21, 1948, to Mary-Ann and Tarje Grimstad. He spent most of his childhood in Hawaii where his father was a radio announcer. He attended Las Vegas High and eventually became a card dealer for Station Casinos. He worked at both Palace Station and Red Rock Station for many years. T.K. loved his family and friends and really enjoyed life. He was an incredibly talented, award winning pool player and played on many local leagues. He is survived by his two sisters, Tarja Lamb of Goodsprings and Ty-Ranne Grimstad of New York City; and three daughters, Alexis Grimstad, Breanna Grimstad and Ciara Grimstad. Services for T.K. will be 3-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Palm Mortuary-Eastern, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
