He was born July 3, 1951 in Moorhead, Minnesota to John and Helen Hedland. He was the oldest of four children.
Tim was involved in the auto industry of Las Vegas for over forty years. He started H & H Auto Parts located on Main Street in Las Vegas in 1977 and finished his career as owner/operator of Car City Auto Sales in 2016.
Tim was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan and enjoyed playing golf at The Las Vegas Country Club where he was a member for many years.
He is survived by his sons, Rusty and Randy, his daughter Debbie, twelve grandchildren, and loving family member, Fernando.
