

Bill was born May 19, 1946, to William Joseph Conlon, Sr. and Yvonne Gallant Conlon in Lawrence, MA. He is survived by his son, Sean Douglas Conlon and his wife, Jenny; grandchildren Kate Lydia Conlon, Ben Douglas Conlon, and Luke Samuel Conlon; his brothers, Robert J. Conlon, Sr. and Dennis W. Conlon; his sister Elaine M. Conlon; and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his sisters Joyce L. Conlon and Annette M. Conlon.
As a young boy, Bill enjoyed playing many sports, especially baseball. After graduating from Brooklyn Park High School in Baltimore, MD, Bill served in the United States Army receiving an Honorable Discharge for his service in Korea. As an adult, he discovered the game of golf and spent many weekends playing with friends and family.
He was a dedicated employee with the Curtis Mathes Corporation for many years before eventually retiring from Cox Communications as an electronic technician. His greatest talent was developing lifelong friendships. Friends and family will attest to his favorite phrase; “I can’t stand it”.
In accordance with Bill’s wishes, a private cremation will be held, please cherish his memory in your hearts.
