On May 24, 011, Claire Simon of Jessup; Beloved wife of the late Seymour Simon; Loving mother of Mark Simon (Liz) of Stafford, VA, Fred Simon (Val) of Forest Hill, MD and Martin Simon of Orlando, FL. Cherished grandmother of Heather, Elyssa, Halle and Hannah Simon; Dear sister of the late Harold and Stanley Corinski; Loved by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Mrs. Simon was retired from Air Products and Chemical Company where she was a sales manager. She was a member of the Bowie VFW, Widow Widower’s Club of Columbia, Tuesday’s Travelers of the Laurel Senior Center. She enjoyed bowling at the Columbia Lanes, line dancing, Mah Jong, cards and gambling.

Graveside Services will be held at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623 on Thursday, May 26, 2011, 9am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Fleck Funeral Home Inc. Laurel, MD.
