He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Clifton Fowler of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter, Debra Duke of Mississippi; six grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; one brother, Bronzell Fowler of Five Points, TN; three sisters, Nadine Stanford and Wanda Ward both of Loretto, TN, Bonnell Gobble of Lawrenceburg, TN. He was preceded in death by a son, James Edward Fowler Jr. and his parents, Floyd and Ernest Pillow Fowler.
Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 2 pm with David Smith officiating and interment in Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo, Wednesday, April 11, 2012 5 ~ 8 pm.
