Betty J. Garrison

Betty J. Weaver Garrison, 85, of Lebanon, passed away in Manor Care, Lebanon on Monday, September 12th, 2011. She was born in Lebanon on December 15th, 1925, a daughter of the late George W. and Elizabeth M. Legay Weaver. She was the wife of Gerald E. Garrison. Mrs. Garrison was the owner of Betty’s Windmill Diner where she retired. She was baptized in the Chapel of the Holy Child Diocese of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed going camping and collecting Owls. Betty was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving is her husband, a son: Edward E. Garrison companion of Tammy Hartlieb of Lebanon; a step-son: Dennis G. Garrison, companion of Lyn Dell Sowers of Harrisburg; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Mildred “Dolly” Steckbeck of Lebanon and Lillian Bergizh of Hershey; a brother: Elmer “Sonny” Beck of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, September 16th, 2011 at 10:00a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA., 17042.
