Catherine M. Shutter, of Myerstown, passed away in Stoneridge Towne Centre on Saturday, July 2nd, 2011. She was born in Lebanon on May 3rd, 1924, a daughter of the late Oscar and Lillian Greeninger Whitman. She was the wife of the late John A. Shutter Sr. who passed away on September 28th, 2004. Mrs. Shutter was a homemaker. She was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church in Myerstown. Surviving are her sons: John A. Jr., husband of Phyllis Shutter of Lancaster; Edward R., husband of Anita Shutter of Myerstown and Jeffery A. Shutter of Ephrata; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Catherine is preceded in death by her sister Florence. A viewing will be held on Friday, July 8th, 2011 from 10:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA., 17042. Graveside services will be held following the viewing Friday, July 8th, 2011 at 11:30a.m. in Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery 500 North Weber St., Annville, PA., 17003.
