Cecelia R. Allwein, 91, Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday February 17, 2026 in her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Fidler and the late Mark T. Allwein. Cecelia was born in Lebanon on July 12, 1934, a daughter of the late Daniel and Hilda (Kleinfelter) Arnold. She had been employed for many years by the Demford Manufacturing Company and the R & M Dress Factory. She was a member of the Sandhill Church of Christ in Christian union Church where she taught Sunday school. She was a member of the YMCA arthritis swim club and she loved doing puzzles. Her favorite times; however, were spent with her family. She is survived by children: William Fidler and wife Deb; Edward Fidler and wife Diane; Thomas Fidler; Anna Field; Evelyn Fidler; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as 3 great great-grandchildren; sisters: Mildred Brown and Kathryn Clay. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Betty Klopp; granddaughters: Lisa Fidler, Jamie Brunner, Lisa Hartman; grandson: Danual Klopp; daughter-in-law: Terri Fidler and step-brother: Earl Wolfe. Funeral services will be held on Monday February 23, 2026 at 2:00pm in the Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon with a time of viewing from 1:00pm until the time of service. Interment will be in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery.
