Dianne Louise Keefer, 80, of Annville and formerly of Lebanon, passed away peacefully at Lebanon Valley Home on April 25, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late Russell and Ruth Louise (Louser) Keefer, with whom she shared deep family roots in the Lebanon community. Dianne was a 1963 graduate of Lebanon High School.
Dianne worked alongside her parents at Lebanon Hardware Company, where she became known for her reliability, warm manner, and commitment to the family business. She later continued her professional career in banking, serving at Northwest Bank in Palmyra and ultimately as a loan officer at the Lebanon branch. Her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for customers earned her the respect of colleagues and community members alike.
Dianne is survived by her brother, David Keefer, and his wife Milly, of Palmyra, who helped care for her during her illness. She is also survived by her cherished niece, Dr. Amy Keefer Schreffler, her husband Randy, and their son, Harrison, of Towson, MD.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Kindred Place, Annville, for their kindness and care over the past six years and also Lebanon Valley Home where she spent her final days. They also wish to acknowledge her caring and patient aide, Rebecca Zeigler, and her faithful friend, Andrea Bicksler, whose support and companionship meant so much to Dianne.
Following Dianne’s wishes, her body was donated for scientific research through the Humanity Gift Registry. There are no services scheduled at this time.
