Dorothy H Mason

Dorothy H. Mason, 87, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Glenn A. “Moon” Mason. She was born in Tulpehocken Township, Berks County on August 17, 1930, a daughter of the late Wallace Bennetch and Minnie Speicher Bennetch. Dorothy retired from Leader Nursing Home in Lebanon. She is survived by children, James Bennetch; Robert Mason husband of Florence of Wilmington, DE; Richard Mason husband of Jean of Cleona; Barb Winter wife of Bill of Palmyra; Amy Miller wife of Randy of Lebanon; grandson, James Shultz of Ft. Worth, TX; step daughter, Gail Fridy and great granddaughter, Gabrielle Shultz. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sally Ann Mason, grandson, Jared Shultz, brothers, Warren Bennetch and Clifford Bennetch; step daughter, Bonnie Walsh. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:30 pm in Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon with a viewing beginning on Friday at 12:30 pm. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
