JoAnn M. Kramer, 91, Lebanon, passed away on Saturday January 24, 2026 in the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late James D. Kramer. JoAnn was born in Lebanon on November 5, 1934, a daughter of the late Earl R. and Sadie M. (Snyder) Smith. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and was retired from Kinder Care. She enjoyed playing bingo, traveling (especially to the beach); camping and going to Knoebels Grove. Other than her favorite time spent with her family she also looked forward to her visits with therapy dogs. JoAnn loved all animals, but especially dogs of every kind. She is survived by daughters: Bonita L. Morrow; Beverley L. wife of Terry Lutz; grandson Thomas Morrow; great grandchildren: Tommy and Evelyn. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Jeffrey Morrow and a grandson: Christopher Morrow. Funeral services will be held on Friday January 30, 2026 at 12:00pm in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will be held beginning at 11:00am. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067 or to the Lebanon Rescue Mission, 1224 Bittner Blvd., Lebanon, PA 17046.
