Phyllis D. Hines

Phyllis D. Hines, 57, of Lebanon, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 11th, 2012. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of the late Lone and Genevieve Bowens Graves. Phyllis was the wife of Gregory M. Hines. Mrs. Hines was employed as a Cashier/Sales Associate for Wal Mart, Lebanon and Data Entry/ Sales for M.S.C., Jonestown. Formerly she had been employed by Suburban Technical School, Hempstead, N.Y. Phyllis graduated from Hempstead High School. She enjoyed bowling and traveling. She was a faithful wife, loved her family and grandchildren. She was a faithful member of South Hampstead Baptist Church and Shiloh Church of God in Christ, Harrisburg where she was a member of the Choir, Prison Ministry, Praise Team, Usher and Missionary Society. She was baptized at Hollywood Baptist Church, Amityville, N.Y. Surviving are her husband, daughters: Tenika R. Graves; Eboney R. Hines; Tawanna Sh. Hines all of Lebanon; step daughter; Tashona McCrimmon of N.C; grandsons: Terrell D. Taylor, Tanasia L. Moris, seven grandsons and three granddaughters; two brothers; five sisters; several nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Sunday, July 15th,2012 from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, Pa., 17042. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 16th, 2012 at 10:00a.m. in the Shiloh Church of God in Christ/ Worship Center 5950 Derry St., Harrisburg, Pa., 17111. There will be a viewing from 9:00a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Kimmerling’s Cemetery, Lebanon.
