

It is with joy and thanksgiving that Phyllis A. Hoffman Rohland passed to the life eternal on March 1, 2026. Phyllis, 93, of Cornwall Manor was the daughter of Maxwell J. and June H Hoffman of Lebanon, PA. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She taught elementary students at Cornwall Lebanon and Derry Township School Districts for 30 years. She was active in the Lebanon County Historical Society and was a lifelong member of the Lutheran church, serving as a committee chair, teacher, and participant in the Lebanon County Prison Storybook Ministry. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, her brother M. James Hoffman, Jr. and her husband John E. Rohland. She is survived by her 3 children and 3 granddaughters, Susan E wife of W. John Boone, John D Rohland and wife Christine, Fairview. TN and Rebecca A. wife of Neal Blahus, Gettysburg, PA, Amanda K. Kercher, Annville, PA, Brittany N., wife of Stephen Rhodes, Cumming, GA and Erynn E. Rohland, Fairview TN. A memorial service will be held at Friedens Lutheran Church, Myerstown, PA on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Friedens Lutheran Church Global Missions and the Lebanon County Historical Society.
