Priscilla Ott

Priscilla J. Ott, 71, Myerstown, passed away on Thursday October 30, 2014 in Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of the late Harold W. Ott. She was born in Jonestown on September 25, 1943 a daughter of the late Ralph and Josephine Light Lash. She had been employed by Hershey Estates for some time as well as ELCO High School as a secretary in the guidance department. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Jonestown where she was actively involved in the life of the church as a member of the Choir, Koinonia Class, Church Council; helped with the church bazaar, and was a Sunday School teacher. She had also volunteered at Spang Crest Manor and enjoyed making crafts and cheering for the Phillies. She was particularly fond of spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a son: Michael and wife Michelle Ott, and a daughter: Amanda wife of Jeffrey Templeton; grandchildren: Donovan Ott, Kiersten Ott, Chase Templeton and Sidni Templeton; a sister: Barbara wife of Robert Trump as well nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in Zion Lutheran Church, 130 W. Market St., Jonestown, PA 17038 where a visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. There will be no viewing. Interment will be made in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Jonestown. Memorial contributions may be made to the Koinonia Class of her church. The Rohland Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
