Richard W Boltz Sr.

Richard W. Boltz Sr., 89, of Lebanon died Friday, February 22, 2013 in his residence. He was the husband of the late Enid M. Mumford Boltz. He was born in Lebanon on February 3, 1924, son of the late Floyd and Bessie Sohn Boltz. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII and retired from Ace Aluminum in Lebanon. He was a member of St. Mark’s U.C.C., Lebanon, Liberty Marching Club, Lebanon V.F.W. Post 23, Northside Civic League, Annville American Legion, Independent Fire Co. and 5th Ward Athletic Club. He is survived by his sons: Richard W. Boltz Jr. and wife Connie, Lebanon; Dennis A. Boltz, Lebanon; daughter: Debra wife of Randolph Garloff, Denver; six grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister: Doris wife of Richard Fall, Fort Myers, FL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon where a viewing will begin at 10:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will be made in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Lebanon V.F.W. Post 23.
