Robert John Capobianco passed away at the age of 91 on Friday, February 18, 2022. Born on March 3, 1930, he is predeceased by his parents Mary and Charles Capobianco of Glen Cove, NY and his wife Meredeth Ada Yook Capobianco of Cornwall, PA. He is survived by his sister, JoAnn Thurston, his three children, Beth Hough, Jane Skidmore and Ruth Capobianco, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A proud veteran of the United States Army and retired employee of Long Island Lighting Company, Bob kept himself busy serving as usher, trustee and other roles in his church. He was an avid volunteer, loved creating artistic projects and relished the win of Bocce and horseshoes.
