

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 13 years, Cindy and his youngest daughter, Alexandrea; his parents, Harold and Yvonne Boswell; his sister Leigh and nephew, Jarvis; parents-in-law, Bob and May Wong, brothers-in-law, Bobby (Kristie) Wong, Steven (May) Wong; sister-in-law, Lorraine (Cory) Fish and nephews and nieces, Brandon, Emma, Austin, Ethan, Ariana, Charlie and Lennox. He was predeceased by his oldest daughter, Kenzie, his brother-in-law, Clifford Tetzlaff, his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.
Andrew, also affectionately known as Drew, was born in Peterborough, Ontario. He was an accomplished athlete in hockey, football and track and field where he won many medals in Edmonton.
He loved to build things whether it was with Lego, jigsaw puzzles or wood. His greatest love was for his family and he cherished them very much, often surprising them with things he built for them or giving them things to make them smile. He had a love for cars and had a special spot for the Kids With Cancer Society who helped the family when his daughter was diagnosed with cancer. He would attend their events and provided support to other families with children who had cancer and find ways to help raise money for the society.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at St David’s United Church, 4614 – 48 Street, Leduc at 1:00 pm.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Kids With Cancer Society (KWCS), Canadian Cancer Society or the Pilgrims Hospice in Edmonton.
