My thoughts have often been with you and your family these past several weeks, as your mom was taken from you by the circumstances of this exceptional COVID-moment even before her illness took her.  But scrolling through these photographs makes me hope that your family will long find comfort in the many beautiful memories you must have of a woman who clearly lived with joy and passion.   

On behalf of Edmonton International Airport we would like to pass on our condolences to Bernices family.  Bernice touched many lives at EIA, passengers, fellow volunteers and the many staff members she worked with while volunteering.   She always shared her beautiful smile and friendly greeting to everyone she encountered and we will miss her terribly.  We are all thinking of you at this time and please know that we will never forget the time she shared with all of us.  We were so lucky to work with such a lovely and generous person.  

Our deepest sympathies are being extended to you, Darren, Andrea & Ashley on your loss of your Mom & Grandmother.   
May the love of your family and friends help you through this very difficult and sad time.

Our heartfelt condolences to Bernice's family and friends. 
Bernice was a cherished member of the Airport Volunteer Ambassador team at EIA and will be remembered for her positive attitude and can-do spirit. Many other volunteers and airport staff have reached out to me to share their condolences with the family as well. 

Your mom had a full and wonderful life, contributing to your family, our extended family, friends and so many others through her activities. Her presence will be felt for generations to come.

Thanks for sharing all the wonderful memories of your Mom.   So nice to see the love and laugher of being with friends and family was evident with Auntie Bernice all her life.
