Helen Yvonne Moss

The family of Helen Yvonne Moss (nee Henderson) are heartbroken to announce her passing on Friday, July 10, 2020 at the age of 90 years.
Helen was born August 15, 1929 in Leduc, AB. She married her husband, Nev Moss in Leduc in 1948 and they enjoyed 59 years of marriage until his passing in 2007.
Helen is the beloved Mother to Ron (Lyn) Moss and Tracy (Bill) Rice all of Victoria, BC and Trudy (Chris) Meilleur of Leduc, AB. Helen was predeceased by her daughter Terry Wagner in 2012. She is the devoted Grandma to Rick (Shar) Moss of Powell River, BC; Laurie (Steve) Locher of Okotoks, AB; Mike Rice of Victoria, BC; Jessie (Julia) McPhee and Jordan McPhee of Edmonton, AB; Tia (James) Wagner of Calgary, AB; and Jaiden and Jacob Meilleur of Leduc, AB. She is the delighted Great Grandma of Jesse (Hayley) Olson, Chase (Bree) Olson and David Locher. Very proud Great Great Grandma to Noah, Marcus, Ben & Cylus.
Helen lit up the lives of her numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Her positive attitude, endless energy, generosity and kindness and wonderful homemade goodies will be missed by all.
The family would like to express special thanks to Ron & Lois McMillan and Rolly Olsen for their endless love and support of Mom.

To the Family of Miss. Helen as my son would call her.
I am so sorry to hear of her passing!
Your mom was such a neat lady! Ardith, Miss. Emily Stevenson and your mom would always get together with my Gran (Eileen Brown) for card evenings. When my Gran went into Extendicare they would always come visit and bring treats in case my son(toddler at the time) and me where there!
She will me missed!
