Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Kathy; son, Tom (Dawn); Daughters: Lahncey (Nick) and Shelina (Cory); and Grandchildren: Ruben and Denaya. He will also be lovingly remembered by his 4 sisters: Rosemary, Shirley, Donna and Debbie and their families; his 3 brothers in law: Ken (Ausma), Keith (Michelle), Nelson (Janice), and their families; as well as longtime family friend Maria.
Ken was predeceased by his parents: Stella and Hubert Buehner; and his loving daughter, Carmen Buehner.
Ken enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a lover of rock and roll music, and he had no problem telling you if he didn’t like what was playing!
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life in honour of Ken will take place from 1- 5 pm, on Sunday, May 18th, 2025, at the Royal Canadian Legion Calmar Branch # 266, 4815 47 St, Calmar, AB.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy to The University Hospital Foundation in Ken’s name would be deeply appreciated.
