She is survived by her mother Angie Jackson, step-father Reuben Bailey, father Bryce Jackson, step-mother Tammy Jackson, siblings Hayden (Cameryn), Marie, and Paul, grandparents Pauline (Nana) Smitten, Daryl & Janice Jackson, Jay & Janet Bailey, and Penny (Nan) Huska, and her service dog Kyle the Wonder Dog. She will also be missed dearly by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
She is predeceased by her grandfathers Tim Smitten and Walther Huska.
Her celebration of life will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Leduc, Alberta, on Friday, May 13th, 2022 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jax’s name to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Mental Health campaign.
