Mary was born on December 4, 1912 in Dobronta, Hungary to Michael and Teresa Czirfusz.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kay, Allan (Nancy), Roy (Edith) and Jeanette (Terry);
her grandchildren, Joan, Cheryl, Judy, Brenda, Debbie, Maureen, Greg, Kevin, Terry Lee, Juanita,
Garett, Kelcey, Leah, Michelle, Michael and Murray;
her great grandchildren, Roberta, Rochelle, Erin, Jonathan, Mitch, Kimberly, Lisa, Colin, Emry, Vanessa,
Jenine, Devyn, Brett, Jason, Matthew, Robyn, Arianne, Emilie, Daneka, Jenna, Chelsea, Laramie, Lane,
Cassidy, Tia, Georgia Rae, Jordan, Camden, Jaxon, Grier, Bruen, Rory, Lincoln, Aisling, Aiden, Zachary and Elliott;
her great great grandchildren, Adam, Tyler, Tia, Ryan, Clark, Hunter, Michael, Jack, Alexis, Mila, Finn,
Riley, Kaya, Anastasia, and Dimitry;
and her great great great grandchild, Joseph.
Mary’s sister, Katie and Theresa; her brothers, Frank (Margaret), Tony (Marie) and Mike (Lydia);
her daughter-in-law Elaine; her sister in law, Mary Mosicki and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary is predeceased by her loving husband, Mike; son, Emery; grandson, Bruce;
great granddaughter, Jessica; and great great grandson, Seth.
Mary was a kind and gentle lady who put the works “unconditional love” into action each day of her life, with a huge smile.
Mary’s first priorities were her family and prayers. She perfected and dedicated her time to cooking and baking, sewing,
knitting, quilting, dancing, reading and visiting with everyone.
A special thank you to all the staff at Salem Manor, who cared for Mary for five years.
The family wishes to acknowledge, with deep appreciation, the many expressions of love and kindness
from everyone who knew our mother.
Mass of Christian Burial will be in Thorsby, AB at Our Lady of Victory Church on Saturday, March 5th at 1pm.
Interment will follow at the Warburg St. Charles Catholic Cemetery.
Following the interment, the family wishes to invite you to join them for a time of fellowship at Thorsby Community Hall.
