Aaron Clifton Morris

Funeral services for Mr. Aaron Clifton Morris will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 2:00pm at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds with burial to follow at Forest Crest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Morris died on Friday, March 24, 2017 at St. Vincent’s East.

Mr. Morris is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mary Beth Morris; three daughters, Shelia Goodwin (Barry), Cindy Helm (Waverly), Celeste DeSando (David); two sons, Gary Morris and William Carney (Victoria); one sister, Dianne Isbell (Gene); one brother Johnny Morris (Linda); eight grandchildren, Christy Hyche (Jerrid), Brian Goodwin (Mary Beth), Victoria Williams (Tim), Mack Cook, IV (Emily), Angelia Edmonds (Craig), Brianna Carney, Elizabeth Carney, and Hope Carney; seven great-grandchildren, Alana Hyche, Jacob Hyche, Evie Goodwin, Allie Goodwin, Leo Williams, Kai William, and Rhemi Cook.

Mr. Morris is retired from Norfolk Southern after 38 years, member of the Shriners for 12 years, a member of the Air National Guard and a member of the Word of Truth House of Prayer Church.

In lieu of flower, memorial contributions can be made to the Alabama Eye Foundation.
