
Audrey Hotchkin Curry, age 82, celebrated her home going on Saturday, March 19, 2016. She was born in Liberty, New York and graduated from Ensley High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, William “Bill” Hotchkin and Edith Cross Hotchkin; and her sister and brother-in-law Lois and Bobby Freeman. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 63 years, Bob Curry, her two sons, Rick (Lela) Curry of Gardendale, AL and Wayne (Amy) Curry of Hoover, AL; six grandchildren, Chris, Clayton and Casey Curry of Gardendale; Savannah and Chandler Curry of Hoover; Tressy (James) Wright of Broken Arrow, OK and two great-grandchildren, Cloe and Stella Wright; a very special nephew, Mark (Vicki) Freeman of McCalla, AL and a very special niece, Pam (David) Black of Trussville, AL; special friends, Pam (Jerry) Garrison of East Lake, AL; Ellis (Sandy) Key of Moody, AL; and Pam (Max) Sessions of Moody, AL. We want to thank AlaCare of Pell City for the special care they have given Audrey the last few years, with special thanks to Jackie, Audrey was a member and attended Moody Church of Christ.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
