Bolen, Bill age 70, passed away on Sunday February 24, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Everette and Elizabeth Bolen; brother, Ronnie Bolen. He is survived by his wife, Rita Poe Bolen; sons, Rhett Bolen (Christy), Drew Poe (Ami), Scott Poe; daughters, Julie Boelkheide (Louis), Kim Stater (Glenn); grandchildren, Garrett Stater, Ace Poe, Lynnox Poe. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. He retired from the U.S. Army after 24 years and 2 tours of Vietnam. He retired from Military Service Company after 20 years and was a member of Leeds Masonic Lodge #446.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 1PM to 2PM with a memorial service to follow at 2PM at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
