Blake is survived by his mother, Rhonda Ann Ash; father, Bille E. Shaw; sister, Kortni April; grandmother, Maryann Ash; papa, John Shaw; niece, Raelynn and nephew, Cameron; friends, Andrew, Jake, and Lupe. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 12PM.
