Mr. Fowler served as Mayor of Whites Chapel for 2 terms, County Commissioner District 2 for 2 terms and was a business owner of 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Fowler, daughters, Susan Butts (Christopher), Jennifer Nicole Fowler, son, Jason Fowler, grandchildren, Abigail Hope Fowler, Alexandra Merandee Leigh Butts and Hazel Katherine Nicole Butts.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 12, 2013 from 5:30 PM until 8 PM at Ashville Road Church of Christ.
Funeral Services will be held at Ashville Road Church of Christ on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 2 PM with burial at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
