Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Frost and brother, Robert Armstrong.
He is survived by his daughter, Dana Armstrong, brother, Richard Armstrong (Joan), grandchildren, Ashley Armstrong, Whitley Woodruff, great grandchild, Caleb Vecsey, his former wife, Vivian Armstrong and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Sterrett, AL.
