Douglas Derry, age 55, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023. Douglas is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Sadie Derry, siblings, Donald Edward Derry, Elmer Ray Derry, Janet Kefterson, Eva West, Neslie Thompson, Melinda Ortiz, Mary West and Donna Tull. Douglas is survived by his wife, Diane Derry; sons, Douglas Dustin Derry, Cody Dean Derry and Matthew Grant Derry; grandchildren, Deja Derry, Klhoe Derry, Hunter Derry, Trusten Derry, and Lillian Derry; sister, Janie Derry McDaniel (Bob); several nieces and nephews. Douglas was a member of First Baptist Church in Leeds. A visitation will be held on Saturday October 28, 2023 from 1:00-2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a funeral service to follow at 2:00PM. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Vandiver, Alabama.
