Mr. Fields was a member of the Moody Parkway Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents – Garnett and Thelma Loggins Fields; sisters – Gail Yancy, Mary Karen “Sally” Guyton, Marjorie Anglemyer; brothers – Tommy, Larry and Michael Lee Fields.
He is survived by his wife, Mary George Fields; sons – Roger Fields (Bridgette), Jeff Fields (Lana), Scott Fields (Leslie); grandchildren – Tony, Mario, Nicholas, Dillan, Riley and Presley Fields, Erica and Kayde Brasher, Devin Argo and Bretley Buzbee; sister – Paula Brown.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Covenant Bank location in the name of Mary Fields.
