He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph & Evra Quick.
Mr. Quick was a member of Grace Independent Baptist Church. He worked at AAA Cooper Transportation for 34 years.
James is survived by his wife, Carolyn Quick; his daughters: Barbara Colley (Travis), Destiny Quick; his son, Joseph M. Quick (Tiffany); his step-sons: Richard Davis (Dana), Bryon Davis (Melissa), Andy Davis (Kim), Donald Frye (Denise); his sisters: Rhonda Everett (Robert), Gail Roulain (Clyde), Winfred Whisenhunt (Bill); his brother, Wayne Quick (Mabel) his 10 grandchildren; and his 1 great grandchild.
