He is preceded in death by his wife, Sue Stephens; his parents: Charles & Mable Stephens; his sons: Jay and Scott; and his brothers James, Charles, Bill, Ray and Timmy and his grandson, Kevin.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Jan Stephens; daughters: Angela, Carol, Tina, & Sandi; son, Jim Webster; brother, Ricky; sisters: Carolyn, Teressa, Anita, Francis and Mary; Grandchildren: Jason, James (Samantha), David, Adriana, Katlyn, J.P., Andrew, Timmy, Jayleen, Heather, Toshia (Nick), Brittany (Kevin), Trey, Ashley, and Maddie; great grandchildren: J.T. and Lauren and a whole bunch of friends, that loved him.
Jerry may be gone but he will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM with funeral services at 11:30 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial to follow in Springville City Cemetery.
