He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Whitt Smith and grandparents, Elisha and Maylene Smith and Bert and Estelle Simpson.
He is survived by his mother, Pat Smith; sister, Donna Smith Wilkerson (David); brother, Whitt Smith (Lisa); nieces and nephews, Cody Wilkenson, Cade Wilkenson (Amanda), Chase Wilkenson (Mary Margaret), Addie Smith and Alex Smith. A host of friends.
