She was one of the sweetest, kindest, uplifting people I have ever known. She is truly missed on this earth but our loss is surely heaven’s gain. God bless her family . We will see her again in glory.

Freeda had the most positive attitude ever! She had a big heart and was a great friend to so many folks. I had the pleasure of being in her company for over 32 years, and treasure all my times with her. Freeda, Roll Tide Roll, heaven has you now!!  Dave Jones 

Freeda was a truly loyal fan  and promoter of her family and friends, at home, at Golden Flake and the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) .  .  . Always interested and supportive of others and cheerleader for all, Freeda loved life and would always bring smiles!

The life she lived and gap she leaves is open to be filled by those she loved in these simple words .  .  . “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” .  .  . That was Freeda!

Mark your mom was like a sister to me. We had some awesome memories and trips together. She had a heart of gold and could always make everyone laugh. I will miss her so much. Prayers for you and your family. 

She always made me feel like family. No matter how long it’s been since I’ve seen her, she always asked about my family, she had a sweet and kind heart! Lit up a room. She will be dearly missed

A beautiful soul... always had a sparkle in her eyes... a real warm people person... if you didn’t have a smile she would give you one of hers.... she knew what “true friendship” was and never hesitated to show her love and affection to those close to her heart.
It was a blessing to have known her.  She will always remain in my heart and thoughts.

This sweet lady gained her heavenly wings yesterday. She was truly an angel on earth. While Freeda will be missed immensely we are comforted by knowing where this angel is today.

Freeda was proud to be your friend for 40 years. I remember all the fun times we all had at work and the Christmas partys after we retired..  Will miss you dear friend. 

Freeda was one of the nicest  people I ever worked with. She was very good at her job and loved Golden Flake. She was always very kind to me and a joy to be around. She will be missed and always remembered as the lady she was. ROLL TIDE!!

Freeda was one of the finest people that I ever had the pleasure of working with. Her heart was like the company that she worked for, “Golden.”

We will miss her.

My heart goes out to  Mark and your family, I work with your mom for 40 years at Golden Flake, she was so much fun to be around.
I have so many memories, we sure had a lot laughs together.
she was always there for me at work, if I needed her help .
I know she is no longer sick, she is in a better place, my only regret is I did not get to see or talk to her in these last few weeks,.

I pray that God will comfort you at this sad time.
