Mr. Phillips is survived by his mother, Elsie Phillips; brother, Eddie Phillips (Helen); nephew, Kevin Phillips; sister, Sharon Hoover (Keith); and nieces, Savannah and Kaitlyn Hoover.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
