Odis Leroy Dempsey, 90 of Leeds, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Dempsey; daughters, Susan Towery (Jerry) and Kimberly Walden; sons, Jeff Dempsey (Laura) and Lee Dempsey, Jr.; grandchildren, Joshua Towery, Ryan Dempsey, John Franklin, Venessa Layfield, Elisha Layfield, Aaron Morris, and Justin Morris; great grandchildren, Ozie Rodriguez and Leo Rodriguez. Services for Mr. Dempsey will be on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama 35094. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM. The chapel service will begin at 2:00 PM with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Leeds, Alabama. Services directed by Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds.
