She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard T (Buddy) Pennington and daughter, Cindy Johnson.
She is survived by her sons, Dewayne Pennington (Melony), Kip Pennington, and Kevin Pennington (Lana); daughter, Lisa Coyne (Ronnie); grandchildren, Crystal Garrido, Candy Riggins, Jessica Childers, Jonnica Nethery, Adam Johnson, Megan Williams, Carly Coyne, Claudia Pennington, Colin Pennington, Turner Pennington, Kelsey Pennington, Joy Anna and Austin Pennington; great-grandchildren, Cameron Childers, Karsyn Nethery, Eligh Pennington , Cory Williams, Maddox Riggins, Alexis Garrido, and Andrew Garrido.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 9:30AM to 11AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 11AM. Burial will take place at New Lebanon Cemetery in Odenville, AL.
