He is survived by his wife, Sande Carson; daughter, Tammy Carson Byess (Chad); son, Kevin Carson; grandchildren, Tyler Byess, Dylan Byess, Jillian Byess, Logan Carson and Ryan Carson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville, AL.
