Ronald Aaron Crumpton

Mr. Ronald Aaron Crumpton, SR., 75 of Lincoln, AL, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023 and is preceded in death by his parents; A.W and Ruth Crumpton, brother; Rickey Crumpton, Niece; Gina Crumpton, , grandson; Brock Dorman, and nephew; Michael Mangina. He is survived by his his wife of 12 years Rose M. Crumpton, daughters; Sharlie Herbert (Jacob) Jenafer Dorman and their mother Sandra Crumpton and Jennifer Duke (Ron) son; Ronald Aaron Crumpton Jr. (Susan) grandchildren; Grayson, Stevie, Tucker, Aaron, Zane, Katie, London, Brooklyn, Hayden, Courtney, Catherine and great grandchild; River. Ronnie graduated from Banks High School Class of 1966. Ronnie was a member of Mills Chapel Baptist Church of Newnan, GA for many years. He and his brothers owned Crumpton Furniture in Fayetteville, GA until 2011. Ronnie loved sports. He loved playing golf and was an avid Bama fan, ROLL TIDE! He loved the water, ocean, lake or pool and would stay in it for hours. His last trip to the beach he and his daughter, Jennifer rode the waves for hours. In the fall he always said God sure does know color! He taught his children and grandchildren the 23rd Psalm as it was one of his favorite passages. He loved the Lord, he loved people, but most of all he loved his family! He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all. Memorial services will be held Sunday June 4, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home- Leeds at 2:00 PM with visitation from 1-2
