Ronald Byron Rapp, age 79, of Trussville, Alabama passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022. Ronald was born January 19, 1943. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Elaine Rapp. He is survived by his daughter, Shanna Woodard; sons, Alan (Misty) Rapp and Shane (Leslee) Rapp; sister, Claire. Numerous grandsons and granddaughters. He served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years as a Flight Engineer for the plane Awacs. A visitation will be held on Thursday June 2, 2022 from 10:00-11:00AM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a service to follow at 11:00AM. Burial will be at Clements Cemetery in Oneonta, Alabama.
