He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Carolee Perry and aunt, Dawn Speegle.
Shane is survived by his parents, Jeff and Kristy Trucks, grandfather, Richard Perry (Linda),
cousins, Emily and Nick Speegle and great grandmother, Evelyn Griffin.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at 7:00PM with visitation to begin at 6:00PM
