He is survived by: fiancée, Kathy Oswalt; daughters: Kaley Price, Lauren Oswalt, and Katie Oswalt; sons: Dustin (Cara), Cody, and Tyson Pugh and Ryder Oswalt; grandson, Brody Pugh; parents, James & Brenda Pugh; sisters: Teresa Pugh and Christy Bailey (Steven); and niece, Jordan Davis.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, November 12, 2012 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
