Vicki Payne, born on August 15, 1956, in Illinois, passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 69. She was a resident of Center Point, Alabama. Vicki is preceded in death by her father, James Harris. Vicki is survived by her husband, Bob Kelly; mother, Bobbie Harris; daughters, April Marcus (David) and Amanda Snow; sons, Joey Morales, Chris Kelley (Christen), and Allen Kelley (Amy); grandchildren, Jacob Matheson (Jordan), Tyler Morales, Dallas Snow, Addie Kelley, Claira Kelley, Annabell Kelley, and Carla Kelley; great-grandchildren, Alison Matheson and Bailey Matheson; sisters, Cheryl Emery, and Tracy Watkins; brother, James Small; niece, Danielle Harris. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 16, 2025 from 12:00-2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama.
