Wayne Mitchell, age 61, of Moody, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021. Wayne was born March 23, 1960. He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Mitchell; son, Andrew Hurst; mother, Helen Mitchell; sisters, Lisa Rewis, Darlene Mitchell and Judy Byers; brothers, Dale Mitchell, Calvin Mitchell, and Earnest Mitchell; grandchildren, Harlee Mitchell, Nolan Harris and Tristan Harris as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will begin on Monday, October 4, 2021 beginning at 2:00PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Pell City.
