Joey L Rodgers

Memorial services for Joey L. Rodgers 43, of Hornbeck will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2012 at Hornbeck United Pentecostal Church in Hornbeck, LA., with Rev. Steve Lora officiating. The family will receive friends and family at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the church, until time of memorial service.

Mr. Rodgers has lived in the Hornbeck area all of his life. He was of the Non-Denominational faith and attended the Hornbeck United Pentecostal Church. Joey loved his family and was a simple man, who loved to fish. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife: Shelia Rodgers; sons: Robert Rodgers and Joseph Rodgers; daughter: Sunny Rodgers; brothers: Cleveland Rodgers (Tina), Michael Rodgers (Brenda), Ray Lafton (Amanda), Tommy Lafton; sister: Earleen Williams (Fred).

Mr. Rodgers was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Lorena King Rodgers and sister: Barbara Rodgers.
